Costs

Because everyone has different resources, we offer you multiple price points. Make your housing selections to find a place comfortable for you.

What's not included: Student government activity fees of $20 per term for residence halls and furnished apartments, or $6 per term for unfurnished apartments and learning community fees.

Costs cited on this page are for the 2019-20 academic year.

Residence hall and furnished apartment prices are for an academic year and billed in two equal installments due in August and December. Unfurnished apartment prices are monthly rates.

Room Types

These prices represent academic year, per-person charges for the most common room types. Specific costs will be provided when an assignment is made. Special housing arrangements may result in costs outside of the highest price points. One-half of the total amount is billed in August and December. All utilities are included.

Cooperative

Interested in saving some money? Residents who live here participate in required community and dining hall housekeeping in order to earn money, lowering their college expenses as paid employees. Cooperative housing or residence scholars in the learning community section of your housing application must be requested. Space is limited so apply as soon as possible.

Enhanced

This is the lap of luxury! Buildings at this end of the price range have suites and apartments with shared full bathrooms. AC is also included. To live in one of these buildings, you’ll have to tell us you’re willing to pay the cost on your housing application.
