2019–20 Housing for Current Students

Students who previously signed a 2019–20 residence hall or Union Street Center contract will not able to live on campus. To offset this temporary reduction of on-campus housing, RPS is offering apartment housing in the community for continuing IUB students.

Students who accept this off-campus housing offer will receive 2020–21 priority assignment and a 10 percent discount off their on-campus housing cost.

By fall 2020, we anticipate adding hundreds of renovated and new on-campus spaces for continuing and new students.

If you missed the presentations about these housing options, you can view a video here.

My Preferences

If you have a 2019–20 contract and are not interested in this off-campus housing offer, you may cancel the contract without incurring a breakage fee if you email by February 15.

NOTE: If we don't hear from you by February 15, we'll cancel the contract and waive the breakage fee or remove you from the waitlist.
