Willkie Residence Center
at Willkie Quadrangle (Including Mason Hall Apartments)
Willkie is an air-conditioned facility for undergraduate and graduate students and it is in the enhanced cost
group. To live here students must be at least 19 years old or have lived in an RPS residence hall, or apartment for two semesters, or completed two semesters at another college or university. This residence center is composed of two 11-story towers; two apartment buildings; and a central services building. Apartments for three to four students are available. Laundry facilities are included in these apartments and a few are modified for ADA.The two towers provide several types of suites; all suites have full baths and some are modified also modified for ADA. Bi-monthly cleaning service for the bathrooms is available at an additional
charge of $15 per month for two people. Paper and cleaning supplies are not provided. Bunking and lofting of beds is not permitted.
Mason Hall apartments are administered by the Willkie staff and center desk. These apartments are not air conditioned and house six students in double bedrooms. They are open to first-year students and are in the economy cost
group. Cleaning services are not available at Mason.
