Willkie Residence Center
at Willkie Quadrangle (Including Mason Hall Apartments)
About
Willkie is a coed, air-conditioned facility for undergraduate and graduate students. Students must be at least 19 years old or have lived in an RPS residence hall for at least two semesters to live at Willkie. Willkie does not have Resident Assistants. Residents and their concerns are represented by Floor Presidents.
This residence center is composed of two 11-story towers; two apartment buildings; and a central services building. Apartments for three to four students are available. Laundry facilities are included in the apartments and a few are modified for disabled students.
The two towers provide several types of suites; all suites have full baths and some are modified for disabled students. Cleaning service for the restrooms, twice a month, is available at an additional charge of $15 per month for two people. Paper and cleaning supplies are not provided. Bunking and lofting of beds is not permitted at Willkie.
Willkie also includes Mason Hall apartments that house six students in double bedrooms. These apartments do not have air conditioning, are open to first-year students, cost considerably less than single or double rooms, and do not require purchase of a meal plan. Cleaning services are not available at Mason.
