Opened in August 2010, this apartment complex offers one-, two-, and four-bedroom units to undergraduate students. Students must be at least 19 years old or have lived in an RPS residence hall for at least two semesters to live at Union Street Center. All units are fully furnished and include eco-friendly washer and dryer, granite countertops in bathrooms, fully carpeted living and bedrooms, tile flooring in bathrooms, wood flooring in kitchen, air conditioning, fire protection/sprinklers, smoke detection, card access security,

cable TV service, wireless Internet service, utilities, and insulated windows. Bunking and lofting of beds is not permitted. Custorial services for the apartments are available twice a month for a charge: one-bedroom $35 per month, two-bedroom $35 per month ($17.50 per person), and four-bedroom $70 per month ($17.50 per person). Cleaning and paper supplies are not provided.
