This air conditioned 11-story building with elevators contains 219 two- and three-bedroom carpeted apartments. The building is currently undergoing complete renovation and will reopen in August 2012.

A large section of windows covers the outside wall in each apartment. The three-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms.

Laundry facilities are located on each floor. Wireless and Ethernet connections are available in each apartment. A computer lab, music practice room*, and activity room are centrally located in the building.
