Teter is an air-conditioned, coed undergraduate residence hall constructed of five connected buildings (Boisen, Elkin, Rabb, Thompson, and Wissler). Mostly double and some single rooms are available. Teter has
restrictions on bunking/lofting beds, depending on the room assigned. Restroom renovations were completed in 2012 and replaced the communal facilities with several individual rooms that may be locked for privacy.
