Residence Halls & Furnished Apartments

These prices represent academic year, per-person charges for the most common room types. Specific costs will be provided when an assignment is made. Special housing arrangements may result in costs outside of the highest price points. One-half of the total amount is billed in August and December. All utilities are included.

We offer the four price levels, described below.

Standard with Air-Conditioning

This is our most available price level. These buildings also offer semi-private half or full bathrooms

Standard without Air-Conditioning

This is our most affordable price level and these buildings have community bath rooms with shower and toilet stalls.

Enhanced

This is our most expensive price level. These buildings are air-conditioned and offer suites and apartments with shared full bathrooms. On the housing application, you must indicate you are willing to pay this rate. When space is not available in these buildings, you may be assigned to the next most expensive space available for first-year residents in the Standard with Air-Conditioning price level.

Cooperative

These communities offer an opportunity to live on campus for less money. Residents share responsibility for performing housekeeping tasks in the community in exchange for a reduced housing rate. You must request cooperative housing in the learning community section of your housing application.
