Residence Hall and Furnished Apartment Rates 2012-2013
These costs represent academic year, per-person charges for the most common room types. Costs are billed twice a year. Information on 2013-14 housing costs will be available in the spring of 2013.
These housing figures do not include the student government activity fee of $12 (residence halls and Union Street Center), or $6 per academic term (unfurnished apartments), or any learning community fees. The cost for a specific room will be available at My Housing once an assignment has been made. Not all room types are available at each residence hall or apartment complex.
Economy buildings are not air-conditioned. Buildings with standard amenities have air-conditioning or a half-bath shared between two rooms. Buildings at the enhanced price include air-conditioning and semi-private restrooms. The asterisks denote cost saving options. All rooms, suites, and apartments at Hillcrest, Union Street Center, and Willkie are furnished. Hillcrest, Willkie, and Union Street Center residents who are not a first-year undergraduate student, may sign an addendum to extend the term of the contract to May 14, 2014 for a $225 additional charge. If the addendum is canceled before the start date of the contract, the entire additional sum will be refunded; if the addendum is canceled after the start date, no refund will be given.
