This air-conditioned 9-story limestone building with elevators contains 223 carpeted two-bedroom apartments. A few apartments have tile floors. In each apartment, the kitchen and living room areas are combined and the hallway is lined with closet space. Approximately half of the apartments have an outside balcony.

Wireless and Ethernet connections are available in each apartment. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. A computer lab, music practice room, activities room, and library are centrally located in the building. Apartments located on the ends of the building vary somewhat in size from the typical floor plan.
