About

From 2010-2012, Briscoe underwent an extensive renovation. Shoemaker tower reopened in August 2011 and Gucker reopened in August 2012. Both provide housing in one-, two-, three-, and four-bed suites with private and semi-private restrooms. Students may request single or double rooms. Briscoe is coed, undergraduate housing with air conditioning.
Depending on the room assigned, there are restrictions on bunking and lofting beds. Restrooms are cleaned weekly by RPS custodial staff. There is no additional charge for this service. Paper supplies are provided, but cleaning supplies are not.
